By accessing FieldWorkReport you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

FieldWorkReport helps you create maintenance and job completion reports, including PDF export with photos, findings and customer acknowledgement. Optional accounts sync with our mobile application.

Reports you generate are your responsibility. They are not statutory certificates, gas safety records or regulated compliance documents unless produced under the correct qualified process and standards for your trade.

FieldWorkReport helps you generate reports only. We do not take responsibility for the accuracy or suitability of any report. Please check your work before you share or rely on it — AI suggestions can be wrong.

You must review every field, photo, finding and signature before downloading or sending a PDF to a customer, regulator or insurer. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for your own professional judgement or statutory obligations.

You may create and download PDFs on the web without a paid subscription, subject to fair use and these terms. Pro features (such as company branding, saved history and higher AI limits) require an active plan as described on our pricing page.

Fees, billing cycles and cancellation rules for paid plans will be shown at checkout and may change with notice where permitted by law.

You must not:

• Access or attempt to access another company’s data without permission.
• Upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Probe, disrupt or overload our systems or bypass security controls.
• Resell or misrepresent the service as your own regulated certification scheme.

You retain ownership of reports and materials you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your authorised team members.

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during beta, maintenance or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as we improve the product.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

FieldWorkReport provides software to help you draft and export reports. We do not guarantee that any output is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You accept full responsibility for reports you create, share or file using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss arising from AI suggestions or errors in generated text. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
